Meet the Founder and CEO

                                                               Nancy Minor

Nancy married her husband Tom in 1978, at which time Tom was in the US Navy. They volunteered together in outreach ministries going into city jails, prisons, juvenile lockups, nursing homes, and a Serviceman’s Christian Coffee House where Tom would usually be found singing and playing his guitar! They also hit the streets in several major cities with two different street ministries.

Nancy has served wherever they lived, in various capacities by teaching several age levels in Sunday School, serving in the Nursery, having oversight of the Tape Ministry and taught in Word Of Life Christian Center's Bible School in its early years. She has volunteered in their AV Dept. when her schedule permitted.  Previously she was the Dept. Head for the Prayer Ministry at Impacting your World Christian Center, as well as Ushering and Greeting. She also served for a time as an Associate Lay Pastor with the former “People That Care Ministries,” which was an offshoot of an Assemblies of God outreach program. Additionally. she has served Apostle Bobbie Jean Merck as Ministry of Helps at several conferences and local church meetings.

Apostle Nancy has the oversight of Heart and Hands, as well as providing Spiritual Covering for several ministries overseas.

She graduated in 1992 as Valedictorian of her class from Victory International Bible Training Center.  (Now called "Gary Whetstone World Wide Ministry School of Biblical Studies.")

She is actively Licensed and Ordained through Community Fellowship Church of Chelsea, OK. (Ordination done by the late Dr. J.E. Austin.) And also by A Great Love, Inc. by Apostle Bobbie Jean Merck.

Heart and Hands is submitted to Pastor Rusty Bowles of Garland, Texas.
